ORDERS: Orders may be placed via telephone 1.877.763.3624, fax 303.416.443, on this web site, or email orders@Wyo-Horse.com. Minimum initial order is $100. Wyo-Horse will contact you when they have received your order. If you do not receive confirmation please call to confirm that your order has been received.

NEW ACCOUNTS: All new accounts are subject to approval by Wyo-Horse. First orders must be prepaid by check, COD, or credit card (visa, & MC). Customers may establish Net 30 terms by submitting a credit application. Please allow 30 days for credit application processing. Accounts that do not provide credit references will remain on a prepaid status.

PAST DUE BALANCES: Balances past due will be subject to a 2% per month interest charge. Orders past due will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis only. Future orders may be placed on hold until the account is made current.

RETURNED CHECKS: A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks.

SHIPPING: All orders will ship within 2 weeks. Orders placed at shows will ship within 4 weeks. Wyo-Horse will contact you immediately if any item is back ordered and unable to ship on schedule. All orders will ship via FedEx ground service unless otherwise specified. All orders outside the United States will ship USPS Air.

RETURNS All returns must be approved by Wyo-Horse. Notice required on damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of product receipt. Wyo-Horse will replace all broken merchandise. Returning broken merchandise to Wyo-Horse is unnecessary.
